• Keep your leather straps dry. Genuine leather acts like skin, meaning it’s porous and will never be completely waterproof. Water can damage a leather strap and cause it to stain, discolour, or deteriorate.
• Avoid excessive heat. It’s best to take off your bracelet when sleeping or during a heavy workout. Leather does best in cool or room-temperature areas. Extreme heat can dry it out.
• Keep your strap clean. To clean the leather strap, use a slightly damp cloth with a drop
of mild hand soap (moisturizer-free) and gently wipe it down. Wipe with a clean damp cloth afterwards and allow the bracelet to air-dry before wearing. Apply a small amount of leather food or natural oil to rehydrate after.

If you receive your order and decide it is just not for you, please contact us at sales@ffsoutdoor.com.All returns must be in new and unused condition WITHIN 30 DAYS for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns past 30 days are subject to approval, handled case-by-case basis, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges unless the incorrect item is sent or the item is defective.
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
All returns/exchanges must be processed through email. All returns/exchanges must be sent back to FFS Outdoor at the cost of the consumer. All packages must be sent to the following address:

Repairs
All our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If there are ever any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.
Typical wear and tear problems will require a reasonable repair or replacement charge. In addition, any returned goods MUST be clean and free of debris for us to make repairs.
